After a little sibling rivalry over control of the water hose, Sam gave it up and went inside to watch Wipeout on TV.
Matthew stayed busy for nearly an hour with a water hose, a bucket, a toy watering can, and the city recycling bin.

While helping me fold laundry, Matthew decided to try on Grandpa's underwear. Of course, the underpants wouldn't stay up,
so he put them on over his head. By the time I got my camera, Grandpa's underpants were quite stretched out.
When Grandpa got home, Matthew found the underpants (which he had hidden in the closet)
and had to show Grandpa how he could put them on.
The underpants just kept falling down... Grandpa tried to show Matthew how to put ONE leg in each leg hole instead of TWO,
but Matthew cried NO, NO, NO! and hid the underpants in the closet again. We found out later that
Matthew has been learning at home about big boy potty skills and big boy underwear.
